Most Recent First Calls
This list displays the most recently created Clients via the First Call screen.
System options can be configured for the number of days clients will stay on this list before being removed.
If a client is no longer on the Recent First Calls, they can be located under the Client List
Opening a Client
To open a client directly from the Recent First Calls list, double-click the client name in the list. this will open the Client directly.
