To facilitate remote training and support, download Teamviewer here and follow the instructions below.
1. Run the Downloaded File
2. Run Teamviewer as Run Only
3. For Remote Training - Enter ID and Password
You will need to obtain the ID and password from support staff
4. Turn on Remote Cursor
