Receipting a Payment from the Main Menu

You do not have to open a Client file to receipt a Payment. You can create a payment from anywhere in the program.

  • Click the Actions menu from the Main Menu bar. 
  • Click Receive Payment
  • You will be presented with a list of Clients to select from. Select the Client Name and click Select
  • A Payment window will be displayed for further input.

Adding a Payment from the Payments Screen

  • If you are viewing the Payments Page under a Client file, click the Add Payment button located below the Payments List.
  • A Payment window will be displayed for further input.
