Report Format
Most reports in FuneralSoft are generated in Microsoft Word using custom-coded templates. When FuneralSoft triggers the report, a new unsaved document is produced with the relevant data inserted into it. You can print, save or discard this document.
Changes made in Word
As FuneralSoft has no control over Word templates, any changes you make after the report has been generated will NOT be saved back to FuneralSoft. You may wish to make cosmetic changes or adjustments, but these changes will not be saved.
